|As of Date|Optional, Date LOV available\\This field indicates the date from which information is to be collected.
|Audit Fund Set Up|Mandatory,[Audit Fund Set Up|X_PRINT_AND_RUN] lexicon available\\
|Create File|Optional, [Yes or No|X_YES_NO] lexicon available\\If NO, the report will be run without creating an interface file (normally for testing purposes).
|Interface Format|Optional, LOV available\\This field allows you select the interface format for the report.
|Directory Name| Mandatory, Text\\This field displays the name of the source directory.
|File Name| Mandatory, Text\\This field displays the file name of the data being uploaded.
|Trial Run| Mandatory, LOV Available, <YES>. If `No' then the update is committed. If `Yes' then the update is not committed and the process may be run again. This field allows users to see the results without committing them.
|Exception Level| Mandatory, LOV available, <Exception Only>. This field indicates the exception level (report messages) required.
|User Comments |Optional, Text \\This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report. This is useful during testing phases to identify similar reports from each other.
||Report Filters||
|Person|Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available\\This will limit the report to the persons selected. This list should not be used if a people list is used.
|Entity|Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available\\This will limit the report to the entities selected.
|Department|Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available\\This will limit the report to the departments selected.
|G/L Fund|Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available\\This will limit the report to the G/L funds selected.
