| As of Date | Optional, Date LOV available This field indicates the date from which information is to be collected. |
| Audit Fund Set Up | Mandatory,Audit Fund Set Up lexicon available |
| Create File | Optional, Yes or No lexicon available If NO, the report will be run without creating an interface file (normally for testing purposes). |
| Interface Format | Optional, LOV available This field allows you select the interface format for the report. |
| Directory Name | Mandatory, Text This field displays the name of the source directory. |
| File Name | Mandatory, Text This field displays the file name of the data being uploaded. |
| Trial Run | Mandatory, LOV Available, <YES>. If `No' then the update is committed. If `Yes' then the update is not committed and the process may be run again. This field allows users to see the results without committing them. |
| Exception Level | Mandatory, LOV available, <Exception Only>. This field indicates the exception level (report messages) required. |
| User Comments | Optional, Text This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report. This is useful during testing phases to identify similar reports from each other. |

| G/L Fund | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the G/L funds selected. |
