If the employee clock in earlier before the shift starts, and the time is before the shift starts is greater than the value defined in the band (e.g. 10 minutes before the shift starts) than that band time before shift will be replaced with the time code defined on the time rule. In case the employee should not have this TR applied the waiving mechanisms should be used
