!!How it works (high level):
*Frequency is every day, but the calculation that determines if the overtime will be granted or not, is based on FLSA Calendar period.
*[FLSA Hours|FLSA_HOURS] ([IDGR]) are used by this time rule to determine when the time rule will be applied.
*[FLSA Calendar|DCL_ID_FLSA] ([IDCL]) as well as the FLSA Start Time, defined in IDWR OR the time rule From field, will determine when the calculation/application of the time rule starts and ends.
