Effective 2016, ROE XML reporting, the ROE Reason Code is changed from 1 character to 3 characters.
You may override the ROE reason code for terminated employee whose termination reason is incorrect from the [ROE Letter|ROE_LETTER] field from the [IDTR] form. If [IEEI] screen 'ROE REASON CODE' is defined for the employee, then [IEEI] 'ROE REASON CODE' is used, otherwise 'ROE REASON' is from the [ROE Letter|ROE_LETTER] of the termination code. If ROE Reason is with the old format with 1 character only, UPROEF will concatenate with ’00’, e.g. ‘K’ is changed to ‘K00’.
