The P2K_DBA role is the database administrative role that should only be given to a minimum number of users that are part of your technical team and senior users.
The P2K_DBA role is provided for users who are system administrators and require a higher level of access to the
database. This role allows users to perform certain data base administrative functions such as creating new roles, new
users and maintaining tables and views.
