The __Manager Self Service__ application is designed to allow you to view and edit personal employee information for employees reporting to you.
The Manager Self Service (MSS) application is designed to directly allow you to view, organize and maintain information important to you in the role of manager.

In addition, you may promote and terminate employees that have a reporting relationship to you (directly or indirectly).
