|06|Previous and Current Entitlement Cap|This will apply an annual cap to the time an employee can accrue. This annual cap will be the total current entitlement plus any Prior Year entitlement time and once this is reached, the employee can no longer bank time. The annual entitlement cap is either specified on the service level record or entered in the value of the component.
