The WWW_SCHEDULER role is a business role which grants access to the Scheduler Self Service module, it does not grant execution rights.

The WWW_% business roles determine which web menu and splash the employee has access to. The WWW_SCHEDULER web role is tied to the SSS MAIN web menu and to the SSS_SPLASH which will display all of the Scheduler related self service functions the Scheduler has execution rights to.
