AUTHORIZE PUNCH CHANGES#

The Authorize Punch Changes form (WMTAPC) is intended for Managers so they may authorize their employee clock punches. The form will only display clock entries whose Authorization Status is 'Required'.

The Manager would select the employee they wish to review from the list below.

Person Code

The person code of the employee whose clock punches require authorization will display.

Last Name

The last name of the employee.

First Name

The employee's first name.

This section will display a summary of the employee's clock punches that require authorization.

Employee

The employee's person code, name and employee type will display in this field.

Original Clock Date

This field indicates the original date of the clock punch.

Original Clock Time

This field indicates the original time of the clock punch.

Type

The type of clock punch that was created will display here, i.e. IN or OUT.
