Execution#

• Workflow will only fire on inserted Leave Lines with an absence source of
  • 10 (AT Data Entry)
  • 20 (PR Data Entry)
  • 30 (TE Data Entry)
  • 40 (WS Data Entry)
• If deleting then only P2K_HR_EMPLOYMENTS is available as an additional table
• Workflow will also be bypassed when leave lines with a value of 0 are deleted by the UADLL function.

P2K_HR_EMPLOYMENTS

for the employment that the leave line is tied to

P2K_HR_IDENTITIES

for the identity that the leave line is tied to

P2K_HR_ASSIGNMENTS

for the prime assignment for that employment

P2K_HR_ASSIGNMENT_DETAILS

for the effective record as of the Pay Period End (or current date if not available)

P2K_HR_IDENTITIES_SUP

For the identity linked to the assignment as the employee's supervisor

P2K_CM_TIME_CODES

for the time code that the leave line is tied to

P2K_AT_LEAVE_POLICY_TYPES

for the leave policy type that the leave line is tied to
