CREATE OR UPDATE WORKER INFORMATION#

Processing Information#

The Create or Update Worker Information (UTBWO) function will update any existing workers and create new workers. The UTBWO synchronizes workers with their Human Resources structure.

Report Parameters & Filters#

Report Parameters
As Of DateMandatory, Date, LOV Available
This field indicates the date UTBWO updates from.
If the employee does not have a worker record it will create a worker record and with effective date equals with this date.
If the employee has a worker record it uses this date to find the right worker detail in order to decide if updates are needed if
- work assignment is active and worker is not available -> mark as available starting with as of date
- work assignment is inactive and worker is available -> mark as unavailable starting with as of date
TrialMandatory, LOV available, <YES, NO>
If run in trial mode, no updating of the worker record will occur.
Exception Level Mandatory, LOV available <Exception Only>. This field indicates the exception level (report messages) required.
User Comment Optional, Text. Manually entered text that will be printed in the report header.

Report Filters
Person Optional, Multiple Selection, LOV available. The report can be limited to only the Person Codes listed in this field.
Entity Optional, Multiple Selection, LOV available. This report can be limited to only the Entities listed in this field.
Department Optional, Multiple Selection, LOV available. This report can be limited to only the Departments listed in this field.
Unit Optional, Multiple Selection, LOV available. This report can be limited to only the Units listed in this field.
Job Optional, Multiple Selection, LOV available. This report can be limited to only the Jobs listed in this field.
Work Rule Optional, Multiple Selection, LOV available. This report can be limited to only the Work Rules listed in this field.
