Dependent Setup#

  • An ISPY record must exist in order to process USSC
  • The PA Type must be USSC.
  • The toggles for Update Future Records, Cascade Change Reason and Track Changes are recommended to be on.
  • The required table is P2K_HR_ASSIGNMENT_DETAILS

Expected Output#

USSC produces an output report that shows what the old rate was and the new rate. This function also generates a PA for each employee, with the PA Status of 'Approved' (visible on the ISPA screen).

These PAs then need to be applied to the employee's assignment detail record by running the USPAW function for multiple employees.

Under Expected Output
  1. Please remove the first bullet point.  (Manually clicking the 'Process PA' button on the ISPA screen (by employee),
