| Entity | Mandatory,LOV Available This field allows you to select the entity for the report. |
| Payroll | Mandatory,LOV Available This field allows you to select the payroll for the report. |
| Pay Period | Mandatory,LOV Available This field allows you to select the pay period for the report. |
| From/To Date | Mandatory, Date, LOV Available Only records that fall within these dates will be processed. |
| Job Cost Method | Optional, Job Cost Method lexicon available This field defines the job cost method for the report. |
| Exception Level | Optional, Trace Level lexicon available This field defines the exception level (report messages) required. |
| Trial | Optional, LOV available You may choose to run the report in a trial mode to see results |
