Removing a Customer from Support Access#

  1. Change CCare status to NOSERV
  2. Change FTP Password
  3. Remove access from Release Wiki
    1. Go to the License Groups and remove the customer from the groups they were part of
    2. Go into the Admin Interface and delete the customer user

To completely remove the customer#

  1. Any databases with the customer data should have its contents dropped
  2. Any database dump files should be deleted
  3. Removing from Release Wiki
  4. Go to the Customer's Custom Patch page
    1. Any attachments on this page should be deleted
    2. Then the page itself can be deleted
  5. Move their folder from \\FileServer\Customers to \\FileServer\Customers
    zz-OLD_Customers
    • Note that this means their case attachments will not be accessible from CCare
  6. Delete all attachments to cases in Customers\xxx\Support\cases
