To request software release, you must be a manager within CCare to access the fields. If you are not a manager, you will not see these fields, and will have to request your manager to perform these steps.
- Change the Flag It field to Candidate to Ship Software
- Add your initials and date in the comments field, and indicate what it is you want done (example below)
- Software is normally picked up for packaging, testing and shipping on Thursdays. If you require a different delivery schedule, then you must email the people releasing (Karen Parrott)
