Creating a New Customer#

Deactivating in CCare#

  1. Go to Customer profile and change status to NOSERV
  2. Close off cases as necessary

Removing Release Wiki Access#

  1. Go To Admin Interface Users Tab.
    • Click on the Customer identifier
    • Click REMOVE
  2. Remove CustCode to license groups as needed
