Removing/Deactivating a New Customer#
Deactivating in CCare#
- Go to Customer profile and change status to NOSERV
- Close off cases as necessary
Removing Release Wiki Access#
- Go To Admin Interface Users Tab.
- Click on the Customer identifier
- Click REMOVE
- Remove CustCode to license groups as needed
- Oracle Data Base
- Oracle App Server
- Oracle Business Intel
- Canadian Tax
- US Tax
- Genus Clocks
Remove FTP Access#
- On Pandora FTP Server, change group of customer to "People we don't like"
