1. Sign in to Website Management dashboard
2. Navigate to Pages -> Add New
3. Select Default template, no parent
4. Fill in title and body
5. At the bottom of the body place this code (in the HTML tab)

6. Press PUBLISH button
7. Note the permalink name at the top (by default the title of the page - with hyphens instead of spaces)
8. Navigate to Pages -> Edit --Careers
9. apply text at the bottom to link to your new posting, the link can be made as follows:
<a href="/permalink-of-your-page/"><strong>Posting Title</strong></a>
10. Add a sentence or two of descriptive text and then click the UPDATE button on the left
