      1. EAR and HLAppResource (Windward Templates in Resources)
      2. Backend code
      3. Oracle Reports
      4. BI Analytics Dash components
6. Test install process
7. Test upgrade process

   1. Release Notes
   2. New Functions Doc
   3. New Table Columns Doc
   4. Update Preferences Information
