PRODUCE W2 FORMS#
The Produce W2 Forms (RPW2W4C) report will print a list of W2 forms. This function supports the 4 corner W2 forms (Form numbers MW1279, MW283 and LW24UPB).

| W2 Form No. | Mandatory, Optional, EE/ER Copy lexicon available This field defines if the employee or employer are to receive a copy of the W2 form. |
| Mask Employee SSN | Optional, Yes or No lexicons available with default set to Yes Yes - the W2 form will mask the SSN. Asterisks '*' will be put in all positions, except the last 4 digits - will print as ‘***-**-1234’. No or blank - the SSN will print in full on the form |

| Person Code | Optional This field limits the report to the defined person. |
| Status Type | |
| W2 Employment Type | Optional,Employment Type lexicon available This field defines the employment type. |
| RPYEU XML Directory | Optional, Text This field defines a valid Directory and Folder name that contains the XML file, such as C:\temp |
| RPYEU XML File Name | Optional, Text This field defines the XML File name generated by RPYEU, such as W2_mex.xml |
| Exception Level | Optional,Trace Level lexicon available. This field defines the exception level (report messages) required. |
| Trial Run? | When set to YES, the report will be printed in trial form, for verification purposes only. The IPGH ‘Print Stage’ field will not be updated. |
