REHIRE_STATUS is an optional fixed lexicon that indicates whether a terminated or laid off employee would be rehired or recalled.
(Canada only) This field is used on the ROE in conjunction with the EXPECTED_RETURN_DATE to indicate an intention to recall laid off employees.
