EEO-4 NEW HIRE REPORT#

The EEO-4 New Hire report allows you to produce the EEO4A report that may be required for new hires.

Report Parameters
Entity	Mandatory, LOV Available This field limits the report to the single entity selected.
Org Level
Date Range From/Date Range To	These dates are used to determine new hires for the period.
As of Date	Date, LOV Available The as-of date is used to establish employee demographics and should cover the payroll period which includes June 30.
Location Rollup	Optional, LOV available, <YES/NO>
Certified By	Mandatory, Manual This field indicates the name of the individual who has certified the information in the report.
Certified Title	Mandatory, Manual This field displays the title of the individual who has certified the information in the report.
Contact Person	Mandatory, Manual This field identifies the individual who can be contacted about the report.
Title of Contact	Mandatory, Manual This field displays the title of the contact person for the report.
User Comments	Optional, Text This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report.

Report Filters
Person List Code	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field limits the report to the person list selected.
Person	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field limits the report to the person selected.
Department	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field limits the report to the department selected.
Authorization	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field limits the report to the authorization selected.
Location	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field limits the report to the location selected.
Unit	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field limits the report to the unit selected.
Group	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field limits the report to the group selected.
Status Type	Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field limits the report to the status type selected.
