Audit Assignment Details #



Processing Information#

The Audit Assignment Details (REAUDIT) report allows you to verify referential integrity for employees within the system. This report will print out any of the following messages for any abnormal conditions it may encounter.


Report Parameters & Filters#

Report Parameters
From DateDate, LOV Available
This field will identify the date from which the assignments will be reported.
To DateDate, LOV Available
This field will identify the date up to which the assignments will be reported.
Sort People byMandatory, LOV Available
This field will indicate how the people information will be sorted.
Person Code, Last Name, Government Code, Employment Type, Hire Date
User CommentOptional, Text
This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report.

Report Filters
People ListOptional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available
This field will limit the report to the people lists selected.
PersonOptional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available
This field will limit the report to the people selected.
EntityOptional, LOV Available
This field will limit the report to the entity selected.
LocationOptional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available
This field will limit the report to the locations selected.
Auth AreaOptional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available
This will limit the report to the authorization areas selected

This field will limit the report to the department selected.
Org Level TypeOptional, Lexicon Available
This will limit the report to the organization level type selected.
Note: Org Level Type MUST be specified IF you are using the Sort Option of Org Level OR if you want to filter by Org Levels.

REAUDIT Error Messages#

Error MessageMeaning
Invalid Job-UnitThe Unit that the employee is shown in (IEAS), is not the same unit that the job belongs to (IDJB).
Solution: Correct the unit or job in IEAS.
Invalid Wage Scale-UnitThe Unit that the employee is shown in (IEAS), is not the same unit that the Wage Scale belongs to (ISWS).
Solution: Correct the unit or scale in IEAS.
Invalid Premium-UnitThe Unit that the employee is shown in (IEAS), is not the same unit that the Premiums (ISPM) associated to the employee belongs to (IDJB).
Solution: Correct the unit or premium in IEAS.
Invalid Unit-EntityThe Unit (IDUN) that the employee is shown in (IEAS), does not belong to the Entity that the employee is hired in (IEEI).
Solution: Correct the unit in IEAS.
Invalid Department-EntityThe Department (IDDP) that the employee is shown in (IEAS) does not belong to the Entity that the employee is hired in (IEEI).
Solution: Correct the department in IEAS.
Invalid Work Rule-EntityThe Work Rule (IDWR) that the employee is shown in (IEAS) does not belong to the Entity that the employee is hired in (IEEI). Solution: Correct the work rule in IEAS.
