| Approved courses On | Mandatory, LOV, Multiple Selection, <ALL> This field allows you to limit to report to the approved courses specified. |
| Class Start From | Mandatory, LOV, <01-Jan-0001) This field will limit the report to those with the start date indicated. |
| Class Start To | Mandatory, LOV, <31-Dec-3999) This field will limit the report to those with the end date indicated. |
| Includes Course List | Mandatory, LOV, <YES> Should the course list be printed with the report? |
| Includes Course Calendar | Mandatory, LOV, <YES> Should the course calendar be printed with the report? |
| Includes Course Catalog | Should the course catalog be printed with the report? |
