|__Class Start From__|__Mandatory, LOV, <01-Jan-0001)__\\This field will limit the report to those with the start date indicated.
|__Class Start To__|__Mandatory, LOV, <31-Dec-3999)__\\This field will limit the report to those with the end date indicated.
