POSTED_EXPERIENCE is an optional toggle field that is system updated. If the Posted Experience toggle is ON, the pay line has been updated to the experience application through the track experience process (USEP). If the toggle is OFF, the experience application has not been updated.
Notes #
Once the batched is audited the posted experience is set on PPL/PPH/PBT
The only way to know that are some changes, and the system needs to revert POSTED_EXPERIENCE on superior levels PPH/PBT is by adding the PPL on Audited PPH, and all the posted experience will be cleared.
This logic will fire only on Audited PPH, since we do not want to do unnecessary work when is not needed, since may affect performance. This is java logic an fires only when we save changes on a form (IPPH)
Revert the pay does not do this work , and based on the discussion with Kevin it should not, since this does not mean there are any changes on IPPH
