A foreign key link from the originating table back to the ID found on the P2K_PR_ELEMENTS table.
PEL_ID_COMPRISED_OF is used to hold the element codes of the other basic pay elements if the pay element is to be compounded. The basic pay elements must be listed in the sequential order the basic element is to be processed.
