PA CTXT WTCHR ON(System Preference)#
If this preference is set to 'Y' (Yes), the Context Watcher will be on and a personnel action will automatically be processed when its status is set to 'To Be Processed'.By default, this preference is set to ON.
This is normally used when debgging or when you have a workflow that changes PA statuses
Note: The application server needs to be restarted for any change in setting to take effect.
