Request Activity Dialog#
This dialog is displayed when a user presses the Add Activity button when working with requests. This button allows the user to record an activity for a request. The activity may be an email, a phone call, additional information added or a to do item.
- Type
- This field identifies the type of activity being added. The user must select a value from the fixed lexicon X_ACTION_TYPE.
- Description
- This field allows the user to enter detailed information regarding the activity being recorded.
