Escalate Complaint to Grievance#
This dialog appears when you press the Escalate to Grievance button in the ILCM Screen- Grievance
- This field allows you to give the grievance a unique identifying code; this field will be discussed in further detail in ‘Record Grievance’ Field Descriptions.
- Grievance Rule
- You may select the grievance rule associated with this grievance; again this field will be discussed in further detail in ‘Record Grievance’ Field Descriptions.
Once the information has been entered, you may complete the process with the Create Grievance button.
Grievances do NOT have to be associated with a complaint. You may create a grievance by accessing the ILGV screen through the menu or command window, and adding a record directly.
