LEXICON_TYPE is used to associate a type to the lexicon.
X_LEXICON_TYPE is a fixed lexicon with the following values:
"Fixed" Lexicons are High Line provided and should never be added or removed. Unwanted lexicons can be removed using data security (IMSV) "User Defined" Lexicons are also High Line provided can be added to and data security (IMSV) should be used remove access to unwanted values New Lexicons not provided by High Line should be marked as "User Created".
