A few points:

The 'Type' field in this screen is displayed as a text field, however 'Activity Type' which is listed in the INF_CV_TRAININGNEEDS screen is a lexicon field.

Description is linked to TRAINING_NEED_DESCRIPTION. Why is there a specific field like this and not just the generic DESCRIPTION?

Assessment - assessment of what? The course or the training needs?
