The INF_CV_AUTHORIZATIONS table is used to import Authorization Areas into the software data structures. The authorization area is a security feature that enables an organization to control access to people information. A default authorization area is associated with a position or a department. When a person is hired or transferred, the position's authorization area is automatically inherited by the work assignment, but the user may override it as required.
