MAINTAIN LEAVE BID PERIODS#
The Maintain Leave Bid Periods(ITLRP) allows you to create and edit leave bid periods.
Data for the 'Maintain Leave Bid Periods' screen is maintained on the P2K_TS_LEAVE_REQUEST_PERIODS tables.
- Period
- The leave request period is defined in this field.
- Bid Open Date
- The start date of the bid period is displayed in this field.
- Period Type
- This field defines the type of leave request period. (ie. Monthly, Quarterly)
- Period Status
- The status of the leave request period is displayed in this field.
- Bid Process Date
- The date the bid was processed is displayed in this field.
- Bid Close Date
- The end date of the bid period is displayed in this field.
- Allow Multiple Request
- If the toggle is ON, the user may make multiple requests.
Leave Requests tab#
- Worker
- The worker associated with the request is listed in this field.
- Rank
- The leave request rank is listed in this field.
- Leave Requests Status
- The status of the leave request is listed in this field.
- Start Date/End Date
- These fields indicate the start and end dates of the leave.
Work Location tab#
- Work Area
- The work area associated with the request is displayed in this field.
- Station
- The work station associated with the request is displayed in this field.
