PLAN DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES#

The Plan Development Activities (ICDA) form allows you to schedule development activities within the system.

'Plan Development Activities' Field Descriptions#

Language
This field shows the language that the candidate will be using for the development activities. The information for this field is information only and will default in from the IRCA form once the candidate has been selected.
Candidate Status
This field shows the status of the candidate. The information for this field is information only and will default in from the IRCA form once the candidate has been selected.
Availability
This is the date that the employee will be available for the development activity. The information for this field is information only and will default in from the IRCA form once the candidate has been selected.
Seq #
This field shows the sequential order in which the candidate must take the development activity. Sequence is a mandatory 5-character numeric field you may fill manually.
Description
This field provides a short description of the development activity. Description is an optional 50-character numeric field you may fill manually.
Assessment
This field identifies the assessment associated with this development activity. Assessment is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the LOV (P2K_RE_ASSESSMENTS) provided.
Program
If this activity belongs to a development program, that program is indicated here. Program_Code is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the LOV (P2K_CP_DEVELOPMENT_PROGRAMS) provided.
Program Step #
This field will indicate what step the activity is within the development program. Step is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the LOV (P2K_CP_PROGRAM_STEPS) provided.
Course
This field identifies any course that may be associated with this development activity. Course_Code is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the LOV (P2K_CP_COURSES) provided.


Plan Development Activities (ICDA) - Details#

Status
This field identifies the status of the development activity. Activity_Status is a mandatory field that you must fill with a value from the fixed lexicon (X_ACTIVITY_STATUS) provided.
Category
This field defines the category that this activity falls under. Activity_Category is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the user-defined lexicon (X_ACTIVITY_CATEGORY) provided.
Type
This field defines the type of activity that this particular development activity falls under. Program_Type is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the fixed lexicon (X_PROGRAM_TYPE) provided.
Start Date
This field displays the start date of the development activity. Activity_Start_Date is an optional field you may either manually enter or use the calendar.
End Date
This field displays the end date of the development activity. Activity_End_Date is an optional field you may either manually enter or use the calendar.
Duration
This field identifies the duration of the activity. Duration is an optional 9-character numeric field you may manually fill.
Basis
This field identifies the time basis for the duration specified in the previous field. Duration_Basis is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the fixed lexicon (X_PERIOD_BASIS) provided.
Budget Amount
This field displays the amount budgeted for the activity. Budget_Amount is an optional 18-character numeric field you may fill manually.
Actual Amount
This field displays the actual amount spent on this activity. Actual_Amount is an optional 18-character numeric field you may fill manually.
Currency
This field describes the currency that the amounts will be expressed in. Currency is an optional field that you must fill with a value from the fixed lexicon (X_CURRENCY) provided.
Text
This field allows you to add any necessary extra information about the activity. Activity_Text is an optional 4000-character numeric field you may fill manually.


Plan Development Activities (ICDA) - Cost#

Cost Item Category
This field will display the category that the cost will fall under. Cost_Item_Category is a mandatory field that you must fill with a value from the fixed lexicon (X_COST_ITEM_CATEGORY) provided.
Description
This field provides a short description of the cost item.
Cost Date
This field identifies the date that the cost was incurred. Cost_Date is an optional field you may either manually enter or use the calendar. Description is an optional 50-character numeric field you may fill manually.
Cost References
This field allows you to provide further information about the costs associated with this activity. Cost_Reference is an optional 50-character numeric field you may fill manually.
Cost Amount
This field displays the amount spent on this cost item. Cost_Amount is an optional 18-character numeric field you may fill manually.
Currency
This field identifies the currency that the costs are being expressed in. Currency is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the fixed lexicon (X_CURRENCY) provided.
Employer %
This field will indicate what percent of the cost the employer will pay for. Employer_Percent is an optional 5-character numeric field you may fill manual.
Payment Status
The status of the payment will be displayed in this field. Payment_Status is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the fixed lexicon (X_PROGRAM_STATUS) provided.
Payment Method
This field identifies how the payment will be made. Payment_Method is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the fixed lexicon (X_PAYMENT_METHOD) provided.


Plan Development Activities (ICDA) - History#

Date
This field displays the date that the training actually occurred. Training_Date is a mandatory field you must either manually enter or use the calendar.
Description
This field provides a short description of the training activity. Description is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
Training Time
This field will display the duration of the training. Training_Time is an optional 9-character numeric field you may fill manually.
Time Basis
This field describes the time basis that the previous field is expressed in. Time_Basis is an optional field that you must fill with a value from the fixed lexicon (X_TIME_BASIS) provided.
Wage Rate
This field displays the wage rate of the employee being trained. Wage_Rate is an optional 18-character numeric field you may fill manually.
Rate Basis
This field displays the time basis that the previous field is expressed in. Rate_Basis is a mandatory field that you must fill with a value from the fixed lexicon (X_RATE_BASIS) provided.


Plan Development Activities (ICDA) - Competence#

You must identify the competence through the ‘Level’ field. By using the LOV provided, you may identify the specific level and associated competence group.
Category - Competence/Level
This field identifies the competency category associated with this activity along with the actual competence level. Competence_Level is a mandatory field that you must fill with a value from the LOV (P2K_CP_COMPETENCE_LEVELS) provided.
Confirmed Status
This field displays the confirmation status of the competency. Confirmed_Status is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the fixed lexicon (X_CONFIRMED_STATUS) provided.
Confirmation By
This field identifies the individual who confirms the competency level attained. Confirmation_By is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field that you may fill manually.
Date Confirmed
This field displays the date the status was confirmed. Date_Confirmed is an optional field you may either manually enter or use the calendar.
Start Date
If the competence for this activity is date sensitive, the first date of that time frame is displayed here. Start_Date is an optional field you may either manually enter or use the calendar.
End Date
If the competence for this activity is date sensitive, the last date of that time frame is displayed here. End_Date is an optional field you may either manually enter or use the calendar.
