MAINTAIN COURSE SCHEDULES#
Maintain Course Schedules (ICCS) allows the user to set up a schedule for courses for a department, and/or location, and/or job, and/or position, and/or person.This section describes the Maintain Course Schedules (ICCS) screen and its associated fields.
- Entity
- This field identifies the entity associated with the course schedule. Entity_Code is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the LOV (P2K_CM_ENTITIES) provided.
- Department
- This field identifies the department associated with the course schedule. Department_Code is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the LOV (P2K_CM_DEPARTMENTS) provided.
- Location
- This field identifies the location associated with the course schedule. Location_Code is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the LOV (P2K_CM_LOCATIONS) provided.
- Job
- This field identifies the job associated with the course schedule. Job_Code is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the LOV (P2K_CM_JOBS) provided.
- Position
- This field identifies the position associated with the course schedule. Position_Code is an optional field that you may fill with a value from the LOV (P2K_CM_POSITIONS) provided.
- Person Code
- This field identifies the employee associated with the course schedule. Person_Code is a mandatory field that you must fill with a value from the LOV provided.
- Mandatory
- This toggle indicates if the course is mandatory for the employee. Mandatory is an optional toggle field that you may fill.
- Course
- This field identifies the course associated with the course schedule. Course_Code is a mandatory field that you must fill with a value from the LOV provided.
The remaining fields will be automatically filled once the Course field has been completed.
- Course Title
- This field displays the name of the course.
- Competence Group
- This field identifies the competence group associated with the course.
- Repeat Interval
- If the course needs to be taken on a regular basis, the time interval between courses is identified in this field
- Repeat Basis
- This field identifies the time basis (year, month) for the repeat interval listed above.
- Employee Enrolled
- This field identifies the employee taking the course.
