Each release of the Wiki Information should distribute the following files:

Wiki\Files Directory#

  • Files that are for High Line internal use use that we don't want to send to customers should be excluded (.e.g Author pages etc)
  • Update TitleBox with the appropriate version
  • Put LeftMenu, LeftMenuFooter, Main and News to the distribution standard text/format
  • Create "!!Sorry, this page has not yet been created" pages for all pages still missing.
  • Ensure that all pages have the Discussion link, and ensure that pages with a space in the name are linked correctly.
  • Delete and DELETEME pages
  • Clean up any CLEANUP pages
  • Update any ERD pages
  • Add any new tables/columns to table pages...

Wiki\Attachments Directory#

  • All the contents of this directory can be distributed.
  • If any file is here with a numerical sequence higher than 1.* (i.e. 2.JPG or 3.PDF) reflects an updated version of the previous attachment file. We can prune out these files (the highest numbered one reflects the current version) or leave them.

Wiki\Initialize Directory#

  • A base Group and User XML database needs to be created so that customers have a known place to start with These files should be distributed upon INITIAL deployment ONLY
    • User should be only WikiAdmin - password P2K
    • Group should be only Admin, Editor, Employee and WikiAdmin should be part of each of these groups
    • Other Users can be created and added to groups as needed/desired through the Wiki Application
