The embedded form Training Resource Approval (ECTR) is used by both the request facility and by approvals to display crucial information regarding training resources.

This field identifies the type of resource(s) needed for this course.

This field displays the status of the resource.

The source of the resource is identified in this field.

Reference

This field provides further details on the resource.

Cost

The total cost of the resource is displayed in this field.

Required

This identifies the date the resource is needed for.

Booked

This field shows the date the resource was booked.

Resource Information

This field displays any additional information necessary about the resource.
