VIEW OPEN FORMS BY DAY#

The View Open Forms By Day (DMOF) screen allows you to view the forms that have been opened on a specific day.

Data for the 'View Daily Instance Session Audits' screen is maintained on the P2K_AM_SOPENED_FORMS table.

Opened

The time the form was opened will be displayed in this field.

Closed

The time the form was closed will be displayed in this field.

Function

This field identifies the opened form.

Description

The descriptive name of the form will be displayed in this field.

Employee

The employee who opened the form will be displayed in this field.

User

The user who opened the form will be displayed in this field.

Exceptions

This indicates if an exception/error/warning has occurred on the function.

Filter

You may filter the list either those forms that encountered an exception ("Exception Encountered") or by those forms that are still opened ("View Only Open Forms").
