VIEW APPROVAL RECORDS#

The View Approval Records (DDAPR) allows you to view approval records.

Data for the 'View Approval Records' screen is maintained on the P2K_CM_APPROVAL_RECORDS table.

Priority

Each approval record is assigned a priority which indicates the order that the approval processes are checked. The highest is checked first.

Process

This field defines the approval process.

Status

The status of the approval record is indicated here.

Since

The date and time frame the approval record was created.

Reference Info

This field is system populated with a system message which displays information pertaining to the approver.

Approver

This field identifies the employee normally gives approval.

Further information or notes on the approval is provided in this field.
