Processing Information#
The GES Trim Contributions Report (RPTRIMMAIN) form allows you to produce a report providing information about Trim plans.Report Parameters & Filters#

| Entity | Mandatory This field allows you to identify the entities they wish to receive information on. |
| As of Date | Mandatory This field identifies the date from which the information should be gathered. |
| Trim Plan Number | Mandatory This field allows you to identify which Trim plans should be on the report. |
| Directory Name | Optional, Text. This field displays the name of the source directory. |
| File Name | Optional, Text. This field displays the file name of the data being uploaded. |
| Exception Level | Optional, Match, Multiple selections, LOV available. This field defines the exception level (report messages) required. |

The following setup should be done in IMFN:
Copy each of your TRIM functions and set the Computer Language to Windward Reports. Make sure the Usage is set as User Defined. The PL/SQL Logic field should be set as one of the following depending on which function it is for:
