The FRA Benefit Enrollment Worksheet (RBFRAEW) form allows you to produce a report providing information about Towers-Perin.

Report Parameters
Report Type (01/02)	Mandatory, Text
Period End Date	Mandatory, Date, LOV available This field allows you to define the last date the report collects information for.
Pay Rate 5	Mandatory, LOV available
Earnings 1 - 2 Amount	Mandatory, LOV available
Conts 1 -3 Amount	Mandatory, LOV available
Pension Hours	Mandatory, LOV available
Trace Level	Optional, Exception Level, Lexicon available. This field defines the exception level (report messages) required.
Create File	Optional,Yes or No,Lexicon available If NO, the report will be run without creating an interface file (normally for testing purposes).
Directory Name	Optional, Text This field displays the name of the source directory.
File Name	Optional, Text This field displays the file name of the data being uploaded.

Report Filters
People List	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the specified people lists.
Person	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field limits the report to the specified persons.
