- Cause: There is a efffective date record on the table of which whose effective date is not less than the new effective date and whose expiry is not greater than the new expiry date therefore the record can not be adjusted to be outside of the range of the new record.
Action: Before the record can be converted into Personality again the current one must be deleted.
