| Description | Similar to the 'messages' function in the standard Self Service menus, displays Notes which conform to the following: * Notes must have start/end dates; the current date must fall within these dates for the note to display. * The Note Type must be defined as MEMO. * Notes can be from the Entity, Department, Unit, Job and Identities. * Notes support HTML formatting. * The first sentence is displayed (up to the first period). The remainder is displayed when you hover over the line. * The entire note can be forces to display by wrapping it in <P>...</P> (The less than symbol must be the first character in the note). |
