This component specifies the multiplication factor when coverage is based on eligible earnings.
Is coverage based on eligible earnings?
Yes: Choose the rule to be used
No: Go to B0420

| 00 | Use Factor from UserCalc | Specify the name of the <User Calc> on the component. The usercalc must be of the type `Function`, with a return value of the type `Numeric`. | 01 | Use Factor from Element | Specify the name of the <Element> on the component. The value of the element will be used as the factor. | B0400 | B0420 |
