Components for Preprocess/Qualification (A001 – A099)#

The following group of attendance components is available for either preprocessing or qualification of employees.

The most commonly used preprocessing component is the definition of which wage rate will be used in the entitlement calculation. Users are also given the ability to define any other preprocessing necessary for the policy, or to define a qualification for employees. Qualifications may be used to completely skip an employee from being evaluated for a policy in which they are enrolled.

Finally, users are given the capability of editing or adding to existing entitlement time and amounts from previous years. This may be appropriate if an adjustment that has been made retroactively to an employee’s wage affects the earnings of the previous year.
