The Produce W2 Forms (RPW2W4TB) report will print a list of W2 forms. It reads the XML file generated by the RPYEU and creates records in the UT Reports tables as data source to produce the W2 forms. This UT reports table data source will also be used for Self Service W2 (REW2 and BEW2)

The Produce W2 Forms (RPW2W4TB) report will print a list of W2 forms. This function supports top to bottom W2 forms (MW1288).

The RPT4W process generates all the data for the employees, the T4 form boxes and the instructions on the reverse side of the form. Pre-printed forms are no longer required.
