[Work Teams|WORK TEAM] identify the crews that are needed to fill the posts in the workstation. They are used to create a link between a workstation and the shifts required to fill that station.
Teams are the set of employees that work together in a work station on the same shift rotation,
often led by a team leader or lead hand, may be referred to as a crew, a squad, a work station
complement. In a shift environment, each work station has its own work team for each shift.
