;[Set By|USER_NAME]:This field will indicate if the preference was set by "SITE" or "USER". In versions 4.50 and up "SITE" is no longer a criteria.
;[User Name|USER_NAME]:The preference is set up for the user indicated in this field.

;[Table|TABLE_NAME]:The preference is set up for the table indicated in this field.
